All items will be shipping within 5 - 7 business days of purchasing. Please keep in mind I am a small business and it is only me behind everything. However, I am happy if you would like to email me if anything is urgent and I of course will do everything I can to have your order shipped ASAP.

/ PICK UP SERVICE

For all baked goods pick up is 2 days before (wait for an email to confirm address, day & time)
For all event hirer materials a date and time will be arrange once order has been made.
For other items purchased please wait for confirmation before arriving.

I do deliver local to the Gold Coast & Brisbane. ​

/ ENVISION IT POLICY
Booking Confirmation
Payment is to be made to secure your booking. A 50% of total payment is non-refundable and confirms the clients’ acceptance of all Envision It terms & conditions.
If extra time is required outside of the agreed time slot an addition charge will be billed per hour and is to be paid prior to the extended time being granted.
Location
If the event is outdoors and no shelter is provided Envision It takes no responsibility if weather plays apart in the balloon garland preforming as it should.
Changes & Cancellations
Requests for changes to the event date must be made 30 days before the original event date. A date change is subject to availability.
All cancellations will result in the client forfeiting 50% of the total price, however if Envision It is notified of the cancellation more then 30 days before the event date, credit to the value of the deposit will be given to the client for any future bookings made within 6 months of the date of cancellation.
Use of Images & Privacy Agreement
When booking with Envision It the client give permission for any images or animations captured to be used on the Envision It social media pages for advertising purpose. Envision It will not use any images which are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate on our social media or advertising and will not use any content that we consider may be personally damaging to any person(s).
Envision It will not sell your personal details to any third party and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal details always remain confidential.
Health & Safety
We love children and they absolutely love our hire props, balloons, boards, cake stands & signage, however, children under the age of 10 must be always supervised by an adult.
Envision It can refuse service at any event if they consider a person(s) is grossly intoxicated or behaving in a way that the operator believes to be dangerous to themselves, any other guests, or potentially damaging to any Envision It property.
Should any aggressive or abusive behaviour be directed towards the attendant, or any significant damage occurs towards Envision It property, Envision It reserve the right to terminate the remainder of the booking. No refund will be offered for any unused time and the cost of any repairs/replacement of equipment due to damages will be billed back to the client.
/ SUGARY ESSENTIALS POLICY
Changes & Cancellations
Requests for changes must be made 7 days before the original event date. A date change is subject to baking process.
All cancellations will result in the client forfeiting the total price, however if Sugary Essentials is notified of the cancellation more then 7 days before the date needed, credit to the value will be given to the client for any future orders made within 6 months of the date of cancellation.
